Welcome back! This is what I did July 1-15 minus my birthday celebrations. I'll have those on the next blog post for you. In the meantime, enjoy!
I love singing, "The Bible tells me so." When Mommy asks what it tells me, I tell her, "Um, me so."
I also try compromising with Mom. When it's time to go to bed, I like to ask if I can ride my car "for only a minute, peeze?"
I swing this bubble wand hard. So hard, I almost never get bubbles and Mommy gets sprayed with the soap.
I can count to 10!
Where's "Mia?" That's how I say my name here of late.
Here I am! You had no clue where I was, did you?
And, no, this is not a picture of my mom when she was my age.
Pretty good impersonation, though.
Pretty good impersonation, though.
This is how I climb stairs.
This is how I walk down stairs.
Ooohh ha ha!
Whew! I'm worn out.
I'm back up!
We visited with missionary friends. I met them last year. It was great fun seeing them again this year.
I thank you again, Mrs. April for introducing my mommy and daddy.
Esther and I are about 4 1/2 months apart.
I think we'd be pretty big pals if we lived close to each other.
I passed out in the car while eating Cheerios.
This is how you jump, "Dydia."
Let's not pressure her with pictures, please.
Mommy, look! It's you!
In my class at church the day after July 4th.
Working with the blanket.
Playing at church on July 4th. When I hear fireworks I get a surprised look on my face, get excited, and smile.
Putting on lipstick.
Smashing. Just my color.
I have upgraded. I can get the cord off, plug it into the wall, and push the pedal down to get it in vacuuming position. If only I could push the power button.
I spent the better part of a day with "Dydia." Here we are planning our day while we ride.
I honed my climbing skills.
We helped "Mrs. Manna" make the bed.
And here is Daddy's big boat, the Steward Ship. There are three actors in the middle. It is 35' long. The Steward Ship sign is the mechanical door for the puppet stage. The windows in the back are where the "people prison" is. That whole wall slides open to reveal the people prison. It was a great prop and play. 13 children made Jesus their Lord and Savior at VBS.
The puppet stage is lit up and projected onto the main sail.
Daddy did the voice for Art the sea lion.
I'm rocking it out during praise and worship at VBS.
Can you see the sidewalk chalk on my face?
Gotta sweep up this mess.
I got a birthday card from Grandmomma and Granddaddy.
No mail. I carry "my key" (which is the mailbox key) to the "mailmops."
I had a science experiment with dry ice.
I tried climbing stairs sideways for a couple of days.
I figured out it's too much work.
I could benefit from a pushbroom.
We had a church pool party and guess who I shared pouring techniques with.
How'd you guess!?
Where's "Audey?"
Here she is!
This thing is in my way.
That's better.
I still love playing chase.
I'll see you next time!
