2nd Birthday

 

I'm two!

 

I celebrated a few different ways and loved it all! I started with a party with my friends at one of my favorite restaurants.

 

We had such a fantastic time!  I love my friends. 

 

 

 

I liked picking the decorations off of the cake.

 

 

 

Then we played!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I opened presents.  Just my color.

 

These match perfectly!

Oh, ruffles!

 

Then it was my actual birthday!

 

 

 

 

 

I'm two!

 

 

 

I played at the fountains!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I played at the park.

 

Our neighbor came over to give me a present.  She is so thoughtful!

 

Then I partied at my grandparents' house with my family.

 

 

 

 

 

People are coming to see me?

 

 

 

 

I'm getting the hang of this present thing.

 

What's next?

 

Daddy and Uncle Burch grilled while Granddaddy gave them pointers.

 

 

 

It tastes great, Granddaddy!  You are the master griller.

Thank you, everyone.  I'm so glad you came and that we celebrated together.

 

Then we sang Happy Birthday.  La la la la la.

I sang along too.  I said, "Happy birthday to Meer . . . ."

That's how I say my name now.

 

Yea! That was great!

 

 

 

 

 

I liked the cookie the best.  It turned my mouth blue.

 

 

 

I give fist bumps with explosions now.

This stroller and baby were the hit of my presents.

 

We had so much fun playing in the yard.
