December 1-15

December started off with a dinner party.  My granddaddy had his birthday and we had him over for dinner.

Yum.  That was tasty.

I helped him open his birthday gift.

I like this paper.

What else is in there?

You guys can come party with us whenever you want.

I gave a concert with my piano.

Ooh.  That was a sour note.

I sang my heart out.

It was so good, they decided to take me on the road.

Daddy calls me the "Grand Pooba" when I wake up and my hat looks like this.

So we tried another hat.  It didn't work either.

Do you like my outfit?

I'm pretty limber.

I like tummy time more and more.

How much time do I have left?

I can do this.

Granddaddy, what do you think of my faux vest and boots?

Ah ha! He's a fan!

I had my first playdate with my friend Caroline.

Say uncle.

I'm having the best time!  I'll see you soon!

Merry Christmas Card

This was our first Christmas card picture as a new family.  We went to Grammy's barn and used it as our background.

Can you fluff my hair next?

It took me a while to understand what was going on.

Where's cheese?

I like the ground over there.

Where do you want me to look?

Let's see if you can make me smile.

I'm clean enough, Mom.

Do you see what I have to put up with?

 We kept trying....

After thirty something attempts, we got one where I smiled.

Merry Christmas!
Praise the Lord for sending Jesus to be our Savior. Enjoy your family & friends as they are a wonderful blessing from God.

My First Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving!

When do we eat?

I'm getting famished.

I really want some of those sweet potatoes!

Please?

Yes! Load 'em on your plate, Mom!

This is gonna taste so good.

I hung out with a really big dog!

Hi, Uncle Scooter.

Is this how you normally talk to people?

Why are you making such funny faces?

Are you trying to make me smile?

Try as you may, I'm not biting.

Ok, now that's funny.

You're a knee slapper!

You wanna try to make me laugh again?

What did you do to my feet?

During dinner I joined in the fun by bouncing in my seat.

I'm stuffed.  That was so tasty!

Time to rest.

I see why you got these boots for me.  I match you!

Does that mean my feet will be as big as yours one day?

Thank you for cooking, Grandmomma!

If our shoes match, does that mean our hair will too one day?

The turkey hit me hard.

Umm, what's on your head?

Mom and Dad, I think we should leave. My aunt has a strange growth on her head.

Mom, are those hereditary?

What was that?  Did I like Thanksgiving?

Oh, yes!  I give it a thumbs up!

Let's do it again!
