My First Christmas Eve

Santa's No. 1 helper is here!

I tasted some of Christmas dinner. 

They kept saying things about a "bowl full of jelly".  I didn't find it amusing.

It's not often that you see Santa sitting on someone else's lap.

Let's get this party started.

I want that bow.

I'll act nonchalant about it for pictures.

This is kick your heels up fun!

Allright, back to the bow.

Maybe I'll just go for this one since you want me to continue posing.

What! I thought we were done with pictures and the bow was fair game.

You're mine.

I'll be right there. Give me five minutes.

Opening presents with my family is fun.

They know how to make me laugh.

I'm opening my first present.

I worked so hard I kicked my socks off.

This present is more complicated, but I'll triumph.

How pretty! It was well worth it.

I believe my work here is done.

  I'm so excited to see what Christmas Day will be like! 

 

My First Christmas Day

Christmas Day started with my parents leaving me with my other family members so I could sleep and they could go to church. Once they came back, we opened presents from Santa.

Enough with the paper.  Let's see the goods.

That's my stocking hanging above my head.

On December 26th, we visited with Grammy and her side of the family.

Here I am, sitting with Great Aunt Donna, in amazement at everyone's gifts .

I'm telling Grammy all about my first Christmas.

I felt like she needed my assistance with opening her present.

We played.

She's so much fun!

I'm opening my gift from Great Uncle George and Great Aunt Donna.
